It is with profound sorrow that the Officers and Members of the Hughsonville Fire Department announce the passing of Past Chief Timothy Laffin.

We extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the Laffin family, as well as to our brothers and sisters of the Wappingers Falls Fire Department. Past Chief Laffin exemplified the highest traditions of the fire service through his unwavering dedication, exceptional leadership, and selfless service to both of our departments and the community he so proudly served.

Throughout his years of active service, Past Chief Laffin was a steadfast presence within our ranks, earning the respect and admiration of all who had the privilege to serve alongside him. His contributions, both on and off the fireground, have left a lasting impact that will not be forgotten.
