The Chief Staff would like to congratulate Junior Firefighter Matthew Von Burg on the successful completion of the three-week Bootcamp Firefighter I program! This intensive program consisted of more than 120 hours of classroom and hands-on training, where Matthew earned certifications in Basic Exterior Firefighting Operations and Interior Firefighting Operations.
We are extremely proud of Matthew’s hard work, dedication, and commitment throughout this demanding course. His accomplishment marks an important milestone in his firefighting career and is just the beginning of his continued training and development toward ultimately earning interior firefighter status within our organization.
