The Hughsonville Fire Department and New Hackensack Fire Department are proud to announce the 2nd Annual Get Fired Up Leadership Seminar, taking place on Saturday, January 10, 2026. This seminar is designed to inspire and empower fire service members at every level.

We are excited to announce that the Get Fired Up Leadership Seminar is back for its second year on Saturday, January 10, 2026! This year’s featured speaker is Deputy Chief (Ret.) Frank Viscuso — award-winning author, nationally recognized leadership speaker, and creator of the renowned “Step Up & Lead” program.

Chief Viscuso will be presenting a dynamic portion of his famous seminar, offering valuable leadership tools and strategies for firefighters, officers, and anyone looking to elevate their team.
