| For our organization, one of the greatest accomplishments is earning the rank of Chief of Department. We are fortunate to have two Past Chiefs who continue to remain active within our ranks, sharing their experience with our members.
The 2026 Chief Staff had the privilege of starting a new tradition by presenting our Past Chiefs with Past Chief Helmet Shields recognizing their leadership, commitment, and lasting impact on our company.
At our March Company Meeting, Chief Justin Jerrick proudly presented Past Chief Paul Rogers with his shield. Past Chief Rogers served as Chief of Department from 2023–2025.
Past Chief Bruce Flower was presented with his Past Chief Shield during our annual Installation Dinner. Past Chief Flower served as Chief of Department in 2010.
