| On Memorial Day, the Officers and Members of the Hughsonville Fire Department gathered for a brief Memorial Day Ceremony to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our nation.
The ceremony was led by Deputy Chief William Beale, who reflected on the true meaning of Memorial Day and the sacrifices made by our military to protect and serve our country.
Each year, we also take time to remember members of our department who have answered their final alarm. This year, we honored the memory of Past Chief Timothy Laffin and reflected on the lasting impact he had on our department and its members.
